You will play a key role in ensuring the location meets its sales targets and operational goals. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of employees, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective operations
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize profitability
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and payroll
• Assist with Pap setups as needed Experience
• Previous experience in sales or as an Assistant Manager is preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to analyze data, perform basic math calculations, and make informed decisions
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising employees is a plus
