What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a crew in the field during water damage restoration projects Manage job sites, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality work Use industry tools and techniques for water extraction, drying, and cleanup Communicate with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations Document work performed and maintain accurate project records

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction leadership preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a team in fast-paced, challenging environments Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Must have a clean driving record and submit to a background check IICRC certification a plus (but not required—we'll help you get certified) Why Join Us?
