Jr. Operations Manager

Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven leader to oversee daily janitorial operations for various customer contracts .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple locations. Manage and motivate a diverse team to meet operational and quality objectives. Serve as the local point of contact for client needs and issue resolution. Track and report key performance indicators to senior leadership. Ensure resources, personnel, and timelines are aligned to meet contract requirements.
