50 year+ Service Company has a FULL time position available for an Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:

Recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and training on site. Manage performance of the employees Perform janitorial duties as needed Quality assurance and inspections Customer service Ability to communicate effectively and concisely Ability to work flexible hours: days, nights, and weekends as needed At least 2 years staffing, sales, service, and operational experience Will be required to travel within the local area to visit customers accounts Must be able to pass background and drug test Must have reliable transportation including a valid driver's license
