What You'll Do As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for: Lead day-to-day operations with focus on rooms and F&B departments Implement Marriott brand service initiatives and SOPs Monitor daily financials, labor costs, and operational KPIs Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards and policies Partner with HR on scheduling, staffing, and compliance Support leadership development across hourly teams What You Bring Experience in hotel operations or assistant management Familiarity with Marriott and/or Hilton operating procedures Strong problem-solving and team development abilities Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Comfort with Marriott and or Hilton systems like FOSSE and MGS Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting Why You'll Love Working With Us We believe great work deserves great rewards.
