Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Operations to lead our organization's talent management and human resources functions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance initiatives. Your leadership will ensure that our talent operations align with organizational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and support sustainable growth. Duties Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using advanced HR systems such as Oracle HCM or ADP. Develop and implement organization design strategies that optimize workforce structure and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and succession planning efforts to ensure continuous talent growth. Manage performance management systems, conduct employee evaluations, and facilitate employee relations management to promote a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal requirements, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, and other regulatory frameworks. Supervise HR teams responsible for benefits administration, payroll processing (using Kronos or similar tools), HRIS data collection & analysis, and employee misconduct investigations. Drive process improvements in HR operations through change management strategies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Lead conflict management efforts and employee relations programs to resolve issues effectively and foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and talent management programs. Requirements Proven experience supervising human resources teams within a fast-paced organizational setting with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and employment & labor law regulations. Demonstrated expertise in managing HR systems such as Oracle HCM, ADP, Kronos, Taleo or similar ATS platforms; proficiency in HRIS data analysis is essential. Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking in HR leadership to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing payroll processes, benefits administration, FMLA compliance, Workers' Compensation claims handling, and employee relations programs. Skilled in training & development program design as well as employee orientation initiatives that enhance engagement and retention. Ability to lead change management projects while implementing process improvements across multiple HR functions. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to senior leadership. Familiarity with OSHA standards, EEO guidelines, employee misconduct investigations procedures, and employment law in talent management practices. Pay:
