Site Supervisor

Growing industrial services company seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to help lead field operations in the Texas Panhandle. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with industrial, tank cleaning, hydroblasting, vacuum truck, refinery, terminal, rail, or related field experience. We are building a long-term operation with significant growth potential and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and help build something from the ground up. This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate must be comfortable leading crews in the field, solving problems independently, maintaining a strong safety culture, and helping keep operations moving efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations and job execution Lead field crews safely and efficiently Coordinate tank cleaning and industrial cleaning activities Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures Conduct safety meetings and job planning Communicate with customers, vendors, and management Assist with scheduling manpower and equipment Train and mentor field personnel Complete job documentation and reporting Help maintain equipment and operational readiness Qualifications Industrial or tank cleaning experience preferred Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Safety-focused mindset Valid driver's license required CDL, TWIC, OSHA, confined space, or
