Job Description
Pinballz Kingdom - Buda, TX Join the Leadership Team at Pinballz Kingdom! Pinballz Kingdom, our premier family entertainment center in Buda, Texas, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to help lead daily operations, support our team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a critical part in achieving company goals related to revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Support facility operations to achieve revenue, growth, cost control, and profitability goals. Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume family entertainment center. Provide leadership and support to department managers and cross-functional teams. Foster a positive, guest-focused culture that consistently exceeds expectations. Uphold Pinballz standards for guest experience, food and beverage service, cleanliness, safety, and atmosphere. Train, coach, and develop team members and managers. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and purchasing of food, beverage, retail, and operational supplies. Review and approve manager schedules based on business needs and staffing requirements. Serve as Manager on Duty and actively participate in daily operational shifts. Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and sanitation standards, and TABC requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of recent management experience in one or more of the following: Operations Management Store Management Hospitality Management Food and Beverage Management Family Entertainment Center Management Large Retail or Big Box Store Management Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while making sound business decisions. Strong understanding of financial management, including: Profit & Loss Statements (P&L) Labor Cost Management Inventory Controls Budgeting and Forecasting Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and TABC regulations. Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
