Commercial Painting Estimator (Austin/Buda) Paint Contractor Absolute Paint | Buda, TX Full-Time | In-Office Position Join Our Growing Team! Absolute Paint is a fast-growing commercial painting contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator to join our team in Buda, Texas. If you have a strong understanding of commercial painting, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and take pride in producing accurate, competitive estimates, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and competitive bid proposals using estimating software. Review plans, specifications, and project documents. Perform on-site inspections to verify existing conditions. Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and project teams throughout the bidding process. Build and maintain strong professional relationships to help secure new project opportunities. Manage multiple bid deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications 3-4 years of commercial painting estimating experience required. Experience using estimating software. Knowledge of eTakeoff software is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of commercial painting systems and construction documents. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation $70,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
