Schedule Options Candidates must be available for the following shift: Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Contract Details 3-Month Contract Assignment Completion Bonus Available for employees who successfully complete the program 40+ Positions Available Immediate Hiring Needs Must be available to start within the next three weeks What You'll Do Conduct pre-shift inspections of robots, batteries, vehicles, controllers, and communication equipment Monitor and support autonomous delivery robot operations in the field Maintain constant situational awareness and intervene when safety concerns arise Perform battery swaps and basic field maintenance Respond to incidents, technical issues, and public inquiries Partner with remote operations teams to ensure successful route completion Complete operational reports and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and members of the public What We're Looking For We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
