Job Description
Position Summary This role is primarily an administrative and operations coordination position , with additional responsibility for supporting a small-volume warehouse and logistics function. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing international company. This person will work closely with the U.S. management team, customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and colleagues in China. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the U.S. office and management team. Coordinate meetings, visitors, office supplies, vendors, and general office activities. Assist with customer communication, follow-up, scheduling, and coordination of service or spare-parts requests. Track open customer requests and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely response and closure. Support communication between U.S. customers and China-based teams when needed. Maintain organized records, documents, spreadsheets, and internal tracking files. Support purchasing, invoice follow-up, shipping documentation, and vendor coordination. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, courier services, freight, and delivery schedules. Maintain basic spare-parts and warehouse inventory records. Receive, label, organize, and prepare spare parts or materials for shipment when needed. Assist with periodic inventory counts and warehouse organization. Support travel arrangements, local office activities, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Help develop and improve simple office, logistics, inventory, and customer-follow-up procedures as the U.S. organization grows. Qualifications Required Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow up proactively and manage multiple tasks at the same time. Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, internal teams, and management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Reliable, responsible, professional, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a small and growing organization where responsibilities may change over time.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per weekBenefits:
