Project Coordinator - Premier Stair & Door Flooring Services and our affiliated entities has continued to be a trusted and respected industry leader in the home building industry since 1983. SUMMARY:
If you are a people person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment this is a great opportunity for you. As Project Coordinator, you will work as a customer liaison to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS
Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations Complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-up Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system Creates sales tickets for builders Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed; Complies with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred. High School Diploma/GED/College required. Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
