Fixed Operations Manager- Lead a High-Performing Texas Dealership and Drive Results Are you a successful Fixed Operations leader looking for an opportunity where your experience, leadership, and results can make a real impact? Our growing domestic franchise dealership in Texas is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead Service and Parts operations. We are looking for a proven leader who knows how to build winning teams, improve performance, increase profitability, and create an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for leading all Service and Parts operations while driving profitability, customer retention, employee development, and operational excellence. Lead all Service and Parts operations Drive gross profit through labor sales growth, effective labor rate management, parts margins, and expense control Monitor and improve key performance indicators including: Customer Pay RO Count Hours Per RO Effective Labor Rate (ELR) Technician Productivity & Efficiency Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Service Retention Absorption Rate Develop and coach Service Managers, Parts Managers, Advisors, and department leaders Recruit, retain, and develop top technician talent Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty procedures, and dealership policies Analyze financial statements and departmental reporting to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements Partner with Variable Operations leadership to maximize customer retention and reconditioning efficiency Maintain strong OEM relationships and maximize available programs and incentives Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
5+ years of successful automotive Fixed Operations leadership experience Proven track record of improving departmental profitability and operational performance Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, composite reports, and KPI management Experience leading Service and Parts teams within a domestic franchise environment Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute and drive accountability Ability to develop future leaders and create a high-performance culture Valid driver's license The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a leader who isn't satisfied with maintaining the status quo.
