Available Benefits Help for . Responsible for overseeing daily operations including workshop activities, field personnel coordination, equipment readiness, and service delivery to customers. Ensure personnel, facilities, tools, and equipment are available and effective to deliver services on time and in quality condition. Manage daily shop operations including repair, maintenance, testing, and preparation of MWD tools. Allocate technicians, field engineers, and support staff according to operational priorities and customer demands. Coordinate field personnel schedules, mobilizations, rotations, and rig coverage. Monitor tool fleet readiness, inventory levels, spare parts, and technical support requirements. Coordinate with sales teams to awarded contracts and customer work scopes. Supervise remote operations support and resolve field operational issues. Manage tool development, system integration, customer compatibility projects, and field trials for new tools and technologies. Review service reports and customer feedback; implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain service quality. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards across shop and field operations.
