ASSISTANT SELF STORAGE PROPERTY MANAGER

with retail, management or sales backgrounds. Working with an experienced team of self-storage professionals, you will be an MVP with UPG. Rewards earned for increasing revenue and occupancy. Excellent customer service skills required. Attention to detail in the office and on the property included in your job description. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store by:

• Working closely with our management team, other managers and call center to maintain self-storage properties.
• Insuring the properties are clean, systems are functioning, and general maintenance.
• Performing regular property checks on site and lock to system report reconcilement.
• Monitoring kiosks if present at location.
• Cleaning out units.
• Replacing light bulbs and HVAC filters.
• Preparing units for auction process.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
