We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing daily operations and driver engagement. The ideal candidate will have Class A CDL experience, customer relations skills, and the ability to coach and train driver workforce. There are 3 additional operations supervisor/managers to support the operation. This role will fill in for solo runs for emergency situations. Class A CDL with doubles endorsement required. Monday-Friday 7pm-4am Company covers up to $400 per month for medical coverage. Responsibilities Direct oversight over company CDL drivers. Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and discipline company CDL drivers. Conduct regular onsite meetings with drivers. Hours of service monitoring and compliance. Vehicle Event Data Recorder monitoring and coaching of driver behaviors Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company standards. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Class A CDL with 1 year verifiable tractor trailer expereince. Understanding of DOT regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
