Job Description
Must have at least 1 year of previous Chick-fil-A Director Experience. This is for a high level, top leader role. Overview Restaurant Directors are high-level representatives and guardians of the brand of Chick-fil-A for the local Owner/Operator. These are high performing leaders who have strong emotional control and leadership qualities. Directors are tasked with consistently meeting restaurant metric targets for each day part including Labor Productivity, Food Cost, Customer Satisfaction scores, and Food Safety. They oversee the production of service for guests and ensure every guest experience is equally as positive. They are constantly seeking personal and professional growth and oversee leadership development throughout the restaurant. Minimum Requirements Worked for Chick-fil-A at least 6 months or have at least 3 months with Chick-fil-A and 6+ months of prior relevant industry experience. Must be 18+ years old Be available to work 5 shifts a week, a minimum of 40 hours with the availability to open AND close at least 2 days per week or the availability to open OR close at least 3 days per week Has completed the Chick-fil-A Supervisor course and worked at that level for at least 3 months You might be great for this role if: You have experience as a General Manager/Owner for a full service restaurant You understand the basics of running a restaurant (Sales and Profit, Recruiting, Hospitality) You consider yourself a Hospitality Professional You have a passion for developing others as much as yourself You have dedicated goals for your life and a plan for continuous growth You love serving people and showing care for everyone around you Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
