Field Supervisor -
Traveling Industrial Work Location:
Traveling (Based out of Greeley) Bentley is hiring a serious Field Supervisor to lead crews in the field. We are not looking for someone who stands around watching work get done. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, manage crews under pressure, and keep jobs moving no matter the conditions. This is not a 40-hour desk job. This is field work. Long hours. Travel. Execution. If you take pride in running tight crews, solving problems fast, and delivering results in the field — this role may be for you.
What This Job Actually Is:
You will lead field crews performing rigging, lifting, and industrial work across multiple job sites.
Your job is to:
Keep crews productive and moving Coordinate rigging and lifting operations safely Manage manpower and daily job execution Communicate directly with customers on-site Solve problems in real time without slowing the job down When issues come up — and they will — the job does not stop. You adjust, solve, and keep production moving. What We Care About Most Field Leadership You know how to: Run a crew Hold people accountable Work alongside your team when needed Keep morale high while maintaining standards You don't just give orders — you make sure the job gets done. Rigging & Equipment Knowledge You understand: Rigging and lifting operations Load handling and safety practices Forklift operation Scissor lift operation You don't guess in the field. You know what you're doing, and you do it safely. Problem Solving You are the person people look to when something goes wrong.
You can:
Adjust plans quickly Handle pressure Keep customers informed Make decisions without constant direction Required Experience Experience in industrial or construction field work Strong background in rigging and lifting operations Forklift Certification required Scissor Lift Certification required Ability to perform heavy physical work Experience leading crews in the field Willingness to travel regularly Willingness to work long hours as needed The Right Person must believe: Field work should run with structure, not chaos You value: Work ethic Accountability Safety Execution You don't wait for direction.
