This leadership role is responsible for driving organizational efficiency, strengthening financial oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable growth across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative leader with strong operational and financial expertise, experience in education and the ability to translate strategic goals into effective day-to-day execution. This individual will work closely with the CEO, CFO, staff, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Strategic Improvement Lead and oversee daily business operations, administrative functions, and cross-department workflows Evaluate operational processes and implement scalable systems and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices Support organizational planning, growth initiatives, and strategic priorities Financial Management & Oversight Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for leadership review Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations Collaborate with leadership on long-term financial sustainability and resource allocation Data & Performance Management Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements Analyze operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making Provide regular reporting and presentations to executive leadership with clear, data-driven insights Improve data collection, reporting accuracy, and operational transparency across departments Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to applicable education regulations, reporting standards, and organizational policies Oversee operational documentation and internal controls to support accountability and compliance Support audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory reviews as needed Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive financial, personnel, and student-related information Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with school leadership, administrative teams, and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives Lead and mentor operational and administrative staff, fostering collaboration and accountability Communicate complex operational and financial information in a clear, actionable manner for diverse audiences Support a positive, mission-driven organizational culture focused on student success and operational excellence
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Education Administration, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, business administration, financial oversight, or organizational leadership Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional operations and strategic initiatives Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Diagnostic Assessment Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
