And we have no plans of slowing down. Position Summary The Hub Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations within an assigned logistics Hub. This position oversees warehouse activities, parcel sortation, dispatch execution, last-mile delivery support, staffing, safety, quality, and operational performance to ensure packages are processed and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time. Key Responsibilities
  • Shift schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 3 PM to 1 AM
  • Supervise daily Hub operations, including receiving, scanning, sorting, staging, dispatch, returns, and outbound parcel flow.
  • Monitor daily workflow to ensure packages are processed and dispatched according to established schedules and service commitments.
  • Support daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure routes are prepared and dispatched on time.
  • Coordinate with DSPs, drivers, and dispatch personnel regarding route readiness, staffing coverage, delivery exceptions, returns, and failed deliveries.
  • Monitor operational KPIs including On-Time Delivery, OFD performance, productivity, backlog, aging parcels, scanning compliance, and delivery quality.
  • Identify operational issues and escalate significant concerns to management while implementing immediate corrective actions when appropriate.
  • Assist with managing package backlog and aging inventory to ensure timely resolution.
  • Supervise warehouse employees, including scheduling, attendance tracking, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company operating procedures, safety standards, and security requirements.
  • Monitor package scanning accuracy and inventory control processes throughout the facility.
  • Investigate package discrepancies, damages, missing shipments, and processing errors; document findings and support corrective actions.
  • Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate priorities, workload expectations, and operational updates to employees.
  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and operational efficiency.
  • Support route planning activities and capacity management efforts based on package volume and delivery requirements.
  • Assist with recovery efforts during volume surges, operational disruptions, weather events, staffing shortages, or transportation delays.
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates and operational staff.
  • Support peak-season staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and federal, state, and local safety regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned shifts and provide operational leadership in the absence of management. Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, parcel delivery, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
  • Previous experience leading teams, coordinating work assignments, or supervising frontline employees preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or delivery operations.
  • Understanding of warehouse sortation, dispatch, routing, and last-mile delivery processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and operational reporting tools.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, routing, scanning, dispatch, or logistics systems preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak-season extended hours as needed. Education
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
