This is a field-based sales role focused on connecting with homeowners and identifying roofing needs. You will operate in a structured environment with training and mentorship while building your own pipeline.You will:
Visit residential areas to identify potential roofing opportunities Conduct roof inspections and document findings clearly Walk homeowners through restoration and insurance claim steps Coordinate communication between customers and project teams Training includes weekly coaching sessions, field mentorship, and ongoing skill development designed to improve both confidence and production.EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
