• Coordinate and process import and export air freight shipments from documentation through final delivery support.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including air waybills, invoices, customs-related paperwork, and shipment records.
• Communicate with carriers, internal teams, vendors, and customers to provide shipment updates and resolve delays or service issues.
• Support daily air operations through data entry, filing, documentation preparation, and administrative follow-up.
• For supervisory candidates, lead air operations staff, train new team members, manage workflow, and serve as the first point of escalation.
• Maintain accuracy, urgency, and professionalism in a deadline-driven logistics and freight forwarding environment. Compensation and Benefits

• Air Operations Supervisor:

  $58,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Air Operations Specialist:

  $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

$36,000 to $46,000 per year, depending on experience.
