Job Description
Gelato Server / Customer Service - Bilingual English & Spanish La Argentina Gelato - Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, Grapevine, TX La Argentina Gelato is looking for friendly, responsible, and energetic team members to join our location inside the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. Bilingual English and Spanish is required for this position. As a Gelato Server, you will provide excellent customer service to resort guests, serve gelato and other menu items, maintain a clean and organized work area, and help create a welcoming experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish Serve gelato and other menu items Take customer orders accurately Operate the POS/cash register Handle cash and credit card transactions Keep the counter, serving area, and store clean and organized Restock supplies as needed Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Work efficiently with other team members Provide excellent customer service to resort guests
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Responsible and punctual Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Flexible availability Weekend availability preferred Previous restaurant, café, gelato/ice cream, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Shifts begin at 10:30 AM. Applicants should have flexible availability, including weekends.
Pay:
