Job Description

Operations Coordinator - Roto-Rooter South Texas Roto-Rooter South Texas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing and tracking purchase orders (POs) Coordinating projects and operational workflows Assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintaining accurate records and reporting Supporting field and office teams with scheduling and communication Utilizing Salesforce and other business systems to track activity and performance Assisting leadership with operational and administrative tasks We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and capable of keeping operations running efficiently while supporting a growing team. Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred Background in AP/AR and administrative coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software Prior operations, dispatch, or service industry experience is a plus
