Construction Superintendent Location:
Eastern Texas Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are currently seeking a Surge Superintendent for a client in the construction and hospitality industry. The Surge Superintendent provides temporary or supplemental field leadership to maintain productivity, work-face coordination, and execution continuity during peak project activity. This role reinforces field supervision capacity where additional oversight is needed to sustain safe production, subcontractor coordination, and milestone performance. Key Responsibilities Direct daily field operations for assigned surge work areas or supplemental scope. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and work-front readiness. Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and sequencing in active construction areas. Communicate field constraints, resource needs, and schedule impacts to project leadership. Participate in planning meetings, daily reporting, and short-interval coordination. Help stabilize execution in high-volume or recovery-driven periods. Qualifications Strong field presence and practical supervision capability. Experience coordinating multiple trades under active schedule pressure. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain accountability in the field. Strong focus on safety, productivity, and completion.
