About the role The Head, Service Operations Americas is responsible for leading all service execution activities across the Americas region, including service estimation, project management, field execution, superintendents, third-party labor management, inventory coordination, customer execution support, and operational performance management. Lead all service project management activities across the Americas region and ensure projects are delivered safely, on-time, and profitably. Lead field execution activities including turnarounds, revamps, repairs, inspections, installations, and service projects. Lead service estimation activities supporting aftermarket and turnaround opportunities. Support sales organizations during opportunity qualification, customer meetings, and proposal development. Lead planning and deployment of internal and external service resources. Manage relationships with subcontractors, labor providers, specialty contractors, and field service partners. Oversee service-related inventory, tooling, equipment, logistics, and mobilization readiness. Develop and manage regional service operations KPIs and management cadence reviews. Drive improvements in execution speed, productivity, customer responsiveness, and operational effectiveness.
