Job Description:

Payroll. HR. Accounting. Operations. If you're organized, numbers-oriented, and enjoy being involved in all sides of the business, we should talk. This isn't a traditional administrative support role. It's a key, hands-on position for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and enjoys having a direct impact on the day-to-day business.

What You'll Do:

Manage payroll, billing, invoicing, expense reports, and QuickBooks transactions Handle accounts payable, deposits, reconciliations, and financial reporting Support new-hire onboarding, employee records, benefits, PTO, and terminations Assist with 401(k) administration and annual reporting Coordinate employee airfare, hotels, and rental cars Maintain company databases, contracts, and personnel information Help keep our office and day-to-day operations running smoothly

Who We're Looking For:

Someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. Experience with payroll, QuickBooks, accounting/bookkeeping, HR administration, and Excel is highly preferred. Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a big plus.
