Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Field Operations Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception through completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate on-site activities, manage project schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. The Field Operations Manager serves as a key link between project management teams and onsite field personnel. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot field issues in real time across active construction projects, including schedule delays, coordination conflicts, and installation problemsForecast and track active construction projects Supervise and support superintendents and field staff across multiple jobsites Work closely with project manager to oversee active construction projects Coordinating resources, managing risks and communicating with customers, owner rep, architects and trades to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor field productivity, quality, and workmanship across active projects Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety requirements Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, safety, quality, and compliance Identify and resolve field issues in real time to minimize delays and maintain productivity Manage field operation budgets and monitor project-related expenses Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards across all jobsites Manage start-to-finish project scheduling using Buildertrend for all active construction projectsTrain, mentor, and support field personnel to improve performance and operational efficiency Fill in for site superintendents when they are absent to ensure continuity of field operations Verify preconstruction lists in preparation for new project starts Develop preliminary construction schedules for client review during project planning and preconstruction phases Qualifications 5-10 years of commercial or industrial construction experience Previous supervisory or field leadership experience required Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project execution Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations Proficiency in construction management and scheduling software Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Commercial Construction Ground-Up Construction Tenant Improvements Large-Scale Field Operations Skills Construction Scheduling Field Coordination Team Leadership Quality Control Safety Management Problem Solving Budget Awareness Vendor/Subcontractor Management Time Management Operational Planning May supervise:
