This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving business objectives. Position Responsibilities Operational Leadership Direct and manage all aspects of operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, productivity, and profitability Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture Promote collaboration and accountability across all operational teams Strategic Planning Partner with executive leadership to define and execute operational goals Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to meet changing business needs Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or a related function Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Lean Six Sigma Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Certified Manager (CM) or similar leadership credential What the
