The Director of Clinical Operations responsible for ensuring assigned surgical centers and initiatives are operated within performance and regulatory objectives. Provides training and coaching to Clinical Managers on key job responsibilities while fostering strong working relationships built on ongoing communication and trust Travels and performs onsite visits to assigned surgical centers for the purpose of training, evaluation, implementation as needed Ensures all surgical centers in a designated geography, current and future, have the proper licenses and accreditations in a timely manner Collaborates with our Compliance Specialist to drive adherence to compliance requirements in accordance with state and AAAASF regulations Sets up accounts with local vendors (i.e., cleaning, biomedical waste removal) Manages for employee retention to keep team members motivated and drives employee engagement Requirements Strong leadership skills including change management and employee engagement Excellent verbal and written communication skills in training, coaching and performance management opportunities Strong business acumen with the know-how on driving operational excellence and excellent customer service Excellent team player with thought leadership skills Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare related preferred 3+ years practice management experience in a management level position Experience in a healthcare environment including clinic operations, financial management, quality management and risk management in a medium size medical facility Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Mia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
