Regional Operations Manager Posted on April 16, 2025 April 16, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a Regional Manager with a proven track record of operational leadership to oversee multiple locations and ensure alignment with company goals. This hands-on leader will be responsible for optimizing branch performance, managing staff development, and maintaining the highest standards across all operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and can drive strategy while remaining engaged in the daily details of branch performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day performance and productivity of all branches in the region Align each location's operations with overarching business objectives Monitor daily hours worked and enforce cost-effective staffing strategies Maintain high standards for delivery of contracted services, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget alignment Provide strong leadership across operations teams and serve as a role model Set clear goals and expectations for branch managers and their teams Keep staff engaged through active participation and hands-on management Build a succession-ready team through mentoring, professional development, and internal promotion strategies Build and maintain relationships with key clients Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success Evaluate customer service metrics, including CSAT and NPS scores, to drive continuous improvement Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved Compare estimated vs. actual contract hours and gross margin, implementing corrective actions as necessary Gather, analyze, and act on performance data to drive improvement Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of operational and financial metrics with executive leadership Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and improve service performance Implement training and safety practices weekly Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with other department leads to ensure cohesive strategy execution Prerequisites Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 5-10 years of experience in landscape maintenance, operations management, or related industries Demonstrated experience in multi-site leadership and operational oversight Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong analytical capabilities and time management Excellent communication, both written and verbal Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Landscape Industry Certified Manager (CLM) Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) Certified Irrigation Contractor Experience with Aspire software What the Role Offers Hands-on leadership in a fast-growing, team-driven company Direct influence on regional performance and long-term strategic outcomes Opportunities to develop and mentor high-performing teams A role that blends operational leadership, customer engagement, and innovation Why Lewisville?
