BachelorsResponsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight:
Direct daily operations, assign work tasks, and ensure the team meets performance targets and operational goals.
Performance Management:
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and deliver coaching or corrective action plans as needed.
Training & Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure ongoing training and professional development for current staff.
Attendance & Scheduling:
Manage team schedules, approve time-off requests, and track attendance in alignment with company policy.
Quality Control:
Monitor workflow quality, ensuring all work output adheres to established standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve workplace issues, employee grievances, and interpersonal conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Communication & Reporting:
Act as a liaison between management and frontline staff, communicating company updates, policies, and operational metrics.
Resource & Inventory Management:
Oversee the equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for the team to complete their daily tasks efficiently.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest updates to workflows to enhance productivity and service quality.
Policy Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and labor standards across all team operations.
