Make an Impact. Be Part of Our Team. Gamma CS LLC is looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Midland, TX. What You'll Do As an Operations Supervisor, you will support and oversee cleaning teams across assigned commercial locations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Oversee daily operations at assigned locations. Lead and support Team Leads and cleaning employees. Ensure adequate staffing and coverage. Verify that cleaning services meet company standards. Conduct building visits and quality inspections. Follow up on attendance, performance, and workplace conduct. Coordinate with Team Leads to address day-to-day operational needs. Report incidents, concerns, and important updates to the Project Manager. Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally. Maintain clear, respectful, and professional communication with employees and leaders. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, respectful, and comfortable leading people.

Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a leadership position. Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, hospitality, facilities, or a related field. Experience managing or supervising employees. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems directly in the field. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
