NeoPower is an electrical contractor serving oil and gas operators across the Permian Basin and southeastern New Mexico. We have the customers, the reputation, and the demand. We're growing fast and expanding our reach. The Director of Operations will own the whole machine, from a customer calling out work to the job being invoiced. You'll also design the systems, crews, and leadership layer that make the next stage of growth possible. This isn't a job for someone who wants to maintain what someone else built. You'll report directly with the President executive leadership team. Your ideas will get listened to and acted on. What you'll own The schedule and the crews. You'll build the master schedule, allocate crews against active work and forecast headcount against committed and anticipated volume. You'll work closely with sales to manage capacity up and down with customer demand. The flow from field work to revenue. You'll run the daily field ticket process so that every hour, every piece of material, and every rental makes it to the invoice. Quoting, materials, and equipment. You'll work with the Superintendent to handle takeoffs, materials lists, and manpower requirements so we can quote jobs efficiently. You'll own tool and equipment purchasing and repair, including tool build outs for new crews. The field organization. You'll oversee field operations through the Superintendent and invest in the Foreman and lead roles that will help us scale. You'll help us build an industry leading licensure program that turns a job into a career path for electricians. Safety. You'll be the safety leader for the business unit, leading safety meetings, observing work on location, and making sure every employee meets customer standards. Who you are You know electrical contracting. You have around 10 years in the trade and have spent real time in operations leadership. A current electrical license is preferred. You're seriously organized. You build systems and process and know how to hold people to them. When there's no process, you create one that works. You're ready. You want to build something, not just manage it, and you're looking for a role with room to grow. You've run multi-crew operations . You can juggle multiple customers and projects and know how to scale headcount in a tight labor market. You know T&M. You understand the dynamics of T&M work. You get field ticket discipline and why it matters. You know bid work . You can read electrical plans and drawings. You know how to translate them into quotes. Once work is won, you know how to track actual vs. bid to manage job margins. You're comfortable with technology and data , and you can present the business clearly to executive leadership.
