Regional Operations Manager Lead Operations. Build High-Performing Teams. Drive Excellence. At Corporate Hospitality Housing (CHH) , we provide workforce housing and hospitality services that support the energy industry across Texas and New Mexico.
Our mission is simple:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and developing people. This role oversees multiple locations, works closely with executive leadership, and plays a critical role in driving operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial success. If you enjoy solving challenges, coaching teams, and making an impact, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for multiple workforce housing properties. Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and department leaders. Conduct operational audits and property inspections. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations. Analyze financial and operational reports to improve performance. Develop and execute strategic plans to improve occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Monitor labor costs, budgets, purchasing, and operational expenses. Partner with Culinary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, HR, Recruiting, and Executive Leadership. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and onsite management teams. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Regional Operations Management experience. Hospitality, hotel, multifamily, workforce housing, or service industry experience preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions. Must be willing to travel throughout Texas and New Mexico. Valid driver's license required.
