Full-Time | On-Site | Contract Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 7 PM daily!!! We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, daily vehicle operations, testing, and team performance. Duties Supervise and support Vehicle Operators Ensure safe vehicle testing and daily operations Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members Coordinate schedules and shift activities Help troubleshoot operational and technical issues Work alongside the team as needed Requirements 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience Active AVT permit Excellent driving record Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

PM PM:

3:45 PM-12:15 AM Weekend availability required.
