Responsibilities:
Develop activity planning processes and ensure adoption across the business units. Play a lead role in the development of business plans, planning, and budgeting activities. Creation of goals and KPI's for regional and global strategies as set out by senior leadership. Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPI's on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Support in establishing and running operational processes Create material and presentations for team meetings, off-sites and other key events. Oversee and manage internal end-to-end operations of GVI business activities (Coppell (MPC/LPS/eComm), SEV, etc.) Manage all inventory processes related to internal CRN, Refurb, BR, CTC, customer order fulfillment, RMA, aging inventory movements, Issue resolution, etc. Manage all aspects of GVI production at Coppell and SEV, Demand Fulfillment (DF), logistics, and RMA operational activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MPC, SP, LPS/Warehouse, as well as Sales) to ensure all production targets are met. Manage overall operational efficiencies, KPIs, and Process Improvements for the GVI (CRN & Refurb) category. Perform monthly MTV counts and Semi-Annual Physical Inventory (PI) counts as required. Provide inventory control support (aging and blocked stock). Perform regular risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations and support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or economics-related subject. Previous experience in a decision making/strategic management role within a large organization. 8-10 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to collaborate with other business units and senior stakeholders. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
