Come join our Team with Staff Management | SMX . We are now hiring an Operations Lead. As an Operations Lead, you will provide administrative and operational support to the onsite operations team. You will help ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly by assisting with associate check-ins, attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting, payroll support, and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities
Assist Operations team with Attendance Uploads, Audits, and New Hire System set up
Manage Manual time-keeping and entries
Assist associate with FAQ's
Conduct Audits for Data Accuracy, FLEX Workers, and Payroll Reports
Conduct shift check-ins and assist the SMX account supervisor as needed
Complete Multi-communications for scheduled New Hires, No Call / No Shows, and Urgent communications
Communicate policies, events, and changes to associates
Understand when to escalate associate concerns and issues to SMX or Callaway leadership
Respond immediately to any accident and complete accident report if account supervisor is not present
Maintain continuous communication with SMX & Callaway leadership team and assist with other supervisory duties as needed
High School diploma or GED
Must be comfortable working in an in-office within a Distribution setting while attending associate walk-ins
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including quickly shifting priorities
Previous administrative, customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel Outlook, Word
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Communications skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Flexible with scheduling and able to work weekends as needed
Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.50 - $19.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
