  • Additional Services Position Summary The Operations Manager
  • Additional Services leads the sales and service teams responsible for driving additional service revenue, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.
This role partners with the General Manager to recruit, develop, and coach team members while overseeing field operations, performance management, safety compliance, and service quality. Responsibilities Partner with the General Manager to recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing Branch Sales Professionals and Additional Services Technicians through comprehensive technical, sales, customer service, and field-based training programs. Lead the performance of Additional Services sales and service teams by monitoring staffing levels, productivity, close rates, revenue growth, and overall operational effectiveness. Provide hands-on field leadership through ride-alongs, inspections, coaching, and team engagement activities, maintaining a strong presence in the field to support employee development and service excellence. Conduct and document sales and service evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, service quality expectations, and sales best practices. Facilitate regular sales meetings, safety trainings, and operational collaboration sessions to drive performance, communication, and continuous improvement across teams. Deliver ongoing coaching, performance management, and corrective action initiatives based on field observations, customer feedback, service audits, and business performance metrics. Oversee customer account audits and resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure a positive customer experience and successful service outcomes. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations by maintaining operational expertise and providing ongoing employee training and guidance. Manage inventory controls, GPS tracking systems, service equipment maintenance, and service ticket audits to promote operational accuracy, accountability, and asset management. Support business continuity by performing field service responsibilities as needed, including coverage of priority, emergency, or high-demand service routes. Assist the General Manager with operational planning, incident reporting, budget management, expense control, and participation in key leadership meetings. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $ 70,000 and $ 80,000 . Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
