This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, engaging directly with customers, and building the tools, frameworks, and training programs needed to deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate is a high-performing generalist who thrives on problem-solving and turning data-driven insights into actionable outcomes. Position Responsibilities Strategy Development Build and evolve the deployment strategy from the ground up. Identify value opportunities and operational levers across customer segments. Customer Engagement & Value Delivery Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling, strategic proposals. Support go-live deployments and ensure structured value realization. Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex data into actionable insights for customers and internal teams. Collaboration & Enablement Develop collateral and frameworks to support ROI-focused conversations. Design and lead internal training programs to scale best practices and enhance delivery consistency. Maintain value reports and value delivery toolkits for consistent use across teams. Operational Excellence Work cross-functionally across product, commercial, and technical departments to align strategies. Ensure delivery processes meet high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a customer-facing role with strong analytical rigor. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a bias for action. Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and geographies. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Lean Six Sigma certification. What the Role Offers Competitive salary range of $89,500-$138,500.
