4618 Industry Park Drive, San Antonio, TX 78218 Labatt Food Service is looking for the next generation of leaders to manage our rapidly growing distribution centers. These future leaders will demonstrate a desire to be part of a culture of continuous improvement, can think analytically while managing effectively, and can maintain a big-picture view while managing a day to day operation. Managers in Training will go through an extensive multi-phased training process including:
  • Hands-on training in every warehouse department
  • An MIT's ability to master skills within each department will determine training time needed and help direct career path.
  • Leadership Development
  • MIT's will learn from our top warehouse leaders and receive specialized training in all aspects of warehouse management.
  • Project Management
  • MIT's will be assigned continuous improvement projects as part of their training to allow them to demonstrate an ability to effectively drive positive change.
  • Financials
  • MIT's will be trained to fully understand warehouse financial statements and how to manage them.
Upon completion of training, candidates will be assigned a full-time leadership position in one of our facilities. Ability to relocate after training ideal. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Distribution, or Supply Chain. Previous proven leadership experience is a definite plus.
