Green Lake Nursery is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Order Pulling Supervisor to lead our daily order fulfillment, staging, customer pickup, and loading operations. This leadership role offers manager-level responsibility and accountability for ensuring order accuracy, operational efficiency, team performance, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service. The Order Pulling Supervisor will oversee the entire loading operation and serve as the owner of our Perfect Truck Initiative , ensuring every order is accurately prepared, properly loaded, quality-checked, and delivered on time. Manage labor assignments, workflow priorities, and operational schedules to meet customer commitments. Ensure order accuracy, plant quality standards, inventory integrity, and on-time execution. Oversee truck loading operations, route readiness, load securement, and shipment documentation. Supervise, train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining accountability for performance and safety. Coordinate value-added services including tagging, labeling, bagging, and customer-specific order requirements. Maintain compliance with safety standards, equipment inspections, and operational procedures. Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
