Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our organization's core business functions. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability across the organization. Oversee business operations, including process improvement initiatives, operational analysis, and large-scale organizational change management. Manage budgets at an executive level, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and operational budgeting to ensure fiscal responsibility. Drive business development management efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. Implement operational excellence initiatives that streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional teams through complex projects using project management best practices while maintaining focus on strategic objectives. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and executives through clear verbal communication and data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision making. Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on operational management, change management strategies, and performance optimization. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management with a strong track record of leading large teams and managing complex organizational functions. Extensive knowledge of operational excellence initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and large-scale organizational change management. Demonstrated ability in business development management, strategic planning, and executing growth strategies. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight. Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in project management with a focus on operational analysis and program management to meet organizational goals. Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across diverse functions.
Pay:
$85,413.83 - $120,455.37 per year
