Job Description

Director of Operations Lead a high-performing team at a growing aesthetics practice, as a leader who is part of the team, not above it.
LOCATION
Spring, TX (2 clinics)
SCHEDULE
Full-time, on-site PAY $95-125K + bonus
REPORTS TO
Physician owners
WHO WE ARE
Integrated Aesthetics is a physician-owned plastic surgery, dermatology, and med spa practice with two locations in north Houston (I-45 and FM 2920). We have the foundations in place: EOS as our operating system, Symplast as our EMR, and a growing SOP library. We need a leader to continue driving operational excellence and sustainable growth while protecting the culture that makes our practice special.
THE ROLE
This is not a behind-the-desk director job. You will be on the floor and right there with the team on a busy clinic day. You will know your people as people: what drives them, where they want to grow, and what is going on in their lives. That includes our doctors. You will earn their trust, understand how each of them works, and be the bridge that keeps providers and staff pulling in the same direction. In return, you get real authority, a seat at the leadership table, and owners who will back your decisions.
HOW YOU WILL LEAD
Build a high-performing team. Hire for attitude and talent, set a clear bar, give honest feedback, and celebrate the wins, big and small. Stay in it with them. Walk the clinics, jump in when things get busy, and lead by example. Your team should see you, not just hear from you. Know your people. Regular one-on-ones, real conversations, and growth paths that help people build careers here, not just fill shifts. Partner with our doctors. Be a trusted voice for our physicians: learn their preferences, protect their time, and bring them into the team culture. Build a culture people stay for. Accountability and warmth are not opposites. You know how to create both.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Strategy and execution. Serve as the practice Integrator under EOS. Translate the owners' vision into annual goals and quarterly Rocks, run the weekly L10, and keep the Scorecard honest. Financial performance. Own the P&L, annual budget, and rolling forecast. Lead monthly financial reviews, analyze service line and provider profitability, and manage labor cost to revenue. Sales leadership and revenue growth. Own sales oversight for the practice and develop the sales strategy with the leadership team. Set targets, coach patient coordinators and consultants, build a consultative sales process, and drive conversion from lead to consult to surgery. Marketing partnership. Partner with marketing on patient acquisition, pricing strategy, promotions, and campaign ROI. Talent and organizational development. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Design staffing models, career paths, and performance systems that scale with the practice. Operational excellence. Standardize workflows across both clinics, maintain the SOP library, lead oversight of practice improvement projects, and use data to drive continuous improvement. Practice administration. Process bi-weekly payroll, manage inventory and supply ordering, and coordinate building maintenance and facilities needs at both locations. Compliance and risk. Maintain accreditation readiness (QUAD A), credentialing, HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and sound employment practices. Vendors and technology. Negotiate contracts, manage key vendor relationships, and oversee the practice's technology and software platforms.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
First 30 days Meet one-on-one with every team member and each physician, assess operations and financials, and get fluent in our Scorecard and Symplast. By day 60 Run the weekly L10, lead the monthly financial and sales reviews, and own day-to-day decisions at both clinics. By day 90 Present your operational priorities to ownership, set next quarter's Rocks, and deliver your first measurable win.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
5+ years of senior operations leadership, including sales oversight, in a multi-provider practice (plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or other high-touch healthcare), with results you can quantify Experience building and coaching a sales team to consistent conversion and revenue targets Proven P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and turning financial data into action A track record of building high-performing, engaged teams with strong retention The executive presence to partner with surgeons and physician owners, and the approachability to earn the trust of every team member A leadership style that is visible and hands-on: you would rather walk the floor than lead from an office Composure and sound judgment in a fast-paced clinic environment
