As we continue our national expansion, we are seeking experienced, bilingual National Market Managers/Trainers who are passionate about leadership, employee development, operational excellence, and market growth. Position Overview National Market Managers serve as the company's field leadership team, traveling throughout the United States to launch new markets, stabilize existing operations, train employees, recruit talent, and support local management teams. This position requires 100% travel and is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing teams, and are motivated by creating successful operations from the ground up. Guaranteed Starting Salary - $45,000 annual salary during the introductory/probationary period. Performance Review & Advancement - Employees will be evaluated upon completion of the 60-day probationary period. Based on performance, leadership ability, and operational effectiveness, candidates may be eligible for a salary increase and additional growth opportunities within the company. Travel Expectations This position requires 100% travel throughout the United States . Company-paid lodging, fuel, and approved travel-related expenses are provided while on assignment.
