$160,000-200,000

Job Summary:
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across one or more facilities, overseeing production, safety, staffing, scheduling, quality, and financial performance. This role works closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and other teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, meet production goals, and support customer needs.
Job Duties:
Lead daily and monthly manufacturing operations to achieve production, efficiency, and customer delivery goalsMaintain a strong focus on employee safety, including training, equipment, and safety initiativesPartner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiativesMonitor production efficiency, resource utilization, work assignments, and staffing levelsDevelop and implement operational policies, processes, and long-term capacity plansWork with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure materials and components are available to support production schedulesManage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and capital improvement projects in partnership with AccountingLead hiring, employee development, performance management, and disciplinary processesMonitor KPIs and quality metrics, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actionsWork with Sales and Customer Service to support existing customers and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of broad experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, scheduling, supply chain, quality, or related areasExperience in low-volume manufacturing and managing complex business processesProven leadership and people-management experienceStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Lean manufacturing and manufacturing quality toolsStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost controlKnowledge of production scheduling and workforce planningUnderstanding of HR practices including hiring, employee counseling, payroll, and benefits Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information. #inPR
