In line with our commitment to excellence and growth in the Energy & Utilities sector, we are seeking an experienced General Foreperson to oversee our field operations and site management. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution and management of our on-site energy projects, focusing on safety, quality, and timeline adherence. Responsibilities Lead and manage field operations ensuring project deliverables align with the client and company's standards and regulations. Supervise a team of site workers, ensuring effective collaboration and safety practices are adhered to at all times. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure resources and equipment are available as needed. Manage daily operations schedules, planning and execution of tasks related to site preparation, utility maintenance, and other field operations. Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines, environmental policies, and federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor project progress, providing reports and feedback to senior management on operational issues or risks. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in every aspect of the work undertaken. Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders including clients, sub-contractors, and community representatives. Required Skills Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a field operations environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the energy and utilities sector. Proficient in using MS Office Suite and project management software. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
