This role is ideal for someone who understands both the business side and execution side of modern marketing. You should be comfortable speaking with clients, reviewing campaign performance, managing paid-media activity, coordinating creative and website work, and ensuring that marketing initiatives move from idea to verified completion. You will work directly with leadership, specialists, developers, creatives, and AI-supported operational systems to keep client growth initiatives organized, measurable, and moving forward. What You'll Own
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day marketing contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead client check-ins, gather priorities, identify risks, and turn conversations into actionable marketing plans.
  • Build and manage clear account roadmaps across paid media, creative, websites, SEO, tracking, CRM, and conversion optimization.
  • Review Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid-media performance; identify meaningful opportunities, risks, and next actions.
  • Build, QA, optimize, or coordinate campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns have correct goals, targeting, creative, landing-page alignment, tracking, and reporting before launch.
  • Coordinate campaign creative, landing pages, tracking, GHL/CRM workflows, and developer requests.
  • Produce concise, business-first client reports and meeting summaries explaining what changed, what performance signals mean, what is being improved, and what decisions or approvals are needed.
  • Maintain project visibility, ownership, deadlines, approvals, and follow-up across internal and client workstreams.
  • Verify implementation before reporting work as complete.
  • Help strengthen agency SOPs, reporting templates, QA processes, campaign standards, and client communication systems. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, you should be able to:
  • Independently run client check-ins for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain a clear action plan and owner for every active client priority.
  • Deliver polished weekly or monthly performance updates without requiring leadership to rewrite them.
  • Identify basic paid-media, tracking, landing-page, creative, and lead-follow-up issues before they become client escalations.
  • Ensure campaign launches and major changes are fully QA'd before client-facing reporting.
  • Reduce the number of decisions, status chases, and client follow-ups that require direct leadership involvement.
  • Create a dependable cadence for strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization. Required Experience
  • 4+ years in digital marketing, paid media, account management, growth marketing, or agency client strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid-search and paid-social campaign structure, conversion tracking, audiences, creative testing, and reporting.
  • Experience presenting marketing performance and strategic recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with
GA4, GTM, CRM
platforms, lead routing, and landing-page conversion principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing detail.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong judgment: able to distinguish a real business issue from a platform metric, attribution gap, or implementation problem. Strongly Preferred
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/automation systems.
  • Familiarity with property management, multifamily, local services, B2B, ecommerce, or regulated/restricted advertising categories.
  • Experience coordinating developers, designers, content teams, and outside vendors.
  • Experience building reporting in Looker Studio, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, or CRM dashboards.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve research, campaign development, reporting, documentation, and operational follow-through. What We Do Not Need
  • Someone who only schedules meetings and updates task boards.
  • Someone who only reports platform metrics without understanding business results.
  • Someone who can launch ads but cannot explain performance to a client.
  • Someone who needs every decision made for them.
  • Someone who marks work complete without verifying that it is live, functioning, and properly tracked.
