Executive Operations Lead. Join Utah's Fastest Growing Real Estate Investment Companies! Cash Flowing Investments is a vertically integrated real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, ownership, and management of mobile home communities, apartments, RV parks, and commercial real estate across multiple states. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Operations Lead to become the right hand to our executive leadership team. This is not your average administrative position. You'll directly support three executives , help manage the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing company, coordinate real estate transactions, organize critical business systems, and ensure our leadership team can focus on growing the business. What You'll Be Doing Executive Support Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and executive schedules Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items Screen emails and prioritize communications Prepare professional correspondence and presentations Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Anticipate executive needs before they arise Real Estate Transaction Coordination Coordinate real estate acquisitions and dispositions Manage contracts, addendums, amendments, and closing timelines Work directly with title companies, lenders, attorneys, escrow officers, and brokers Track due diligence deadlines and ensure critical milestones are completed Maintain organized digital transaction files Office & Operations Management Organize company filing systems and document management Maintain company SOPs and operational procedures Improve office systems and efficiency Coordinate company events and meetings Assist with onboarding new employees Manage office vendors and supplies Keep executives informed of deadlines and outstanding tasks Real Estate Investment Support Assist with investor communications Prepare reports and presentation materials Organize property information and financial documents Help track acquisitions and portfolio performance Support capital raising events and investor meetings Project Management Keep multiple projects moving simultaneously Coordinate between departments Follow up with team members to ensure accountability Build systems that improve efficiency throughout the company Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed Comfortable working with executives Professional and polished in both verbal and written communication Naturally proactive and self-motivated Able to maintain confidentiality Comfortable making decisions independently A strong problem solver who enjoys creating order from chaos Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: Executive Assistant Office Manager Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Property Management Real Estate Investing Operations Management Administrative Management Knowledge of the following is highly preferred: Real estate purchase contracts Escrow and closing process Transaction coordination Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace CRM software Dropbox, Google Drive, or cloud filing systems Digital document management QuickBooks (preferred) AppFolio (preferred but not required) What Success Looks Like After your first six months, you'll be the person our executives trust to: Keep every transaction organized Manage executive calendars flawlessly Ensure important deadlines never get missed Build systems that improve company efficiency Maintain world-class organization across the company Create an environment where leadership can focus on growth instead of administration Our Culture We're building something much bigger than a real estate company.

Compensation Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
