Oversee profit & loss management by analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Coordinate with executive-level teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives while driving process improvements using lean management principles. Supervise team management activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives to foster a high-performing workforce. Manage project execution related to fleet expansion, technology upgrades, or process enhancements to support business development efforts. Utilize Excel data analysis tools for operational reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting to inform strategic planning and sales initiatives. Cultivate strong relationships with customers through exceptional service standards while addressing escalated issues promptly and effectively. Lead continuous improvement efforts by supervising process optimization projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste across operations. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in roadside assistance services and developing strategic partnerships. Qualifications Proven management experience in operations management within the towing or roadside assistance industry or similar field. Strong understanding of profit & loss analysis, financial management, and business development strategies. Expertise in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and decision making. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals. Excellent managerial communication skills with experience supervising teams at various levels including executive leadership. Deep knowledge of customer service principles combined with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Ability to make data-driven decisions that align with strategic objectives while managing operational risks effectively.
